Transportation:
Transportation will be available by carpooling. You
will be contacted about a week before
an event to make travel arrangements. Guides are encouraged to let us know if they are willing to drive
and how many passengers they can take.
All passengers are expected to contribute towards the cost of gasoline. If you are coming to an event from out of
town, do not make travel plans on
public transportation prior to 7:00 pm on the last day. It
is very
difficult to guarantee a return to transportation centers prior to this
time
without disrupting other participants.
